Top Ride is our awesome spin class that assimilates the action of road, track and mountain biking and recreates these styles within the unique environment of indoor cycling. One Top Ride class will leave you feeling exhausted but gratified, not to mention the fact that you could burn up to a whopping 600 calories in a single class! Combined with a backdrop of great music and motivating instructors to lead and inspire you, this is the ultimate ride.
Making this class a staple of your work-out week will shed kilos and increase your fitness to a whole other level. You don’t need to do this type of workout every day, because your body needs time to rest, but once a week will see your endurance and aerobic fitness increase drastically. You will need comfortable gym gear suitable to cycle in. Cycling shorts and cleat shoes are recommended but not a necessity. Spin bikes with adaptable settings and adjustments are provided for you, and this is the only equipment you’ll need to use.
If it’s your first time attending Top Ride, let the instructor know and they will help you prepare your bike for the best ride. There are 20 bikes in our Top Ride studio, so it is a necessity for all attendees to book their seat at reception.
