Getting a gym membership doesn’t work for most people. If you’ve tried and failed to improve your health (especially multiple times), there’s nothing wrong with you. You’re not broken or unable to be healthy. You simply haven’t gone deep enough.
My name is Tim, and I’m a passionate explorer of the psychological and physical aspects of health. I’m a certified personal trainer and life coach, and a current student of psychotherapy. I believe that for us to make meaningful change in our bodies and our external world, we must address what is happening inside.
I empower clients to take a deep, authentic look at themselves. This is a process and can’t be rushed. There are valid reasons for why you are eating, moving, and behaving as you are right now. You will be unable to change these patterns if you do not understand the reasons behind them.
Once we understand where you are, we map out where you would like to be. I design brief, yet highly effective exercise sessions. We can make excellent progress with as little as two 30-minutes sessions per week. We discuss and implement incremental changes to your nutrition and lifestyle. There are no magic diets or eating plans here (you can still eat pizza, pizza is fantastic). Instead, we gradually build your health into a robust cornerstone of your life, strong yet flexible, with you firmly in control.
