Looking to reinvigorate your weights routine? Pump classes in Wellington are the answer. We’re not going to lie – the first workout will make your body ache in muscles you didn’t know you had. Push through that pain and you will find many reasons to return – you will be slimmer, stronger and stress-free!

Pump is a weights-based class focusing on increasing muscle strength and endurance. This is a whole body workout that is based on the principle of muscular overload. Pump will tone and strengthen your whole body creating lengthened and shaped muscles. You can choose how much weight you wish to add to your workout.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO YOUR CLASS

Come along in comfortable gym wear that is easy to move in. A sweat towel and water bottle will also come in handy.

All equipment required for the class is here at the gym waiting for you to arrive – steps, barbells, safety clips, plates and dumbbells. If you have experience in this style of training you are welcome to also bring along grip gloves – but these are not a necessity.

So, you’re looking to tone, tighten and strength your abs huh? Well, we’ve got the perfect abs workout right here at Exodus, and we can assure you it isn’t for the faint-hearted! Let us introduce you to Chayse and his Abs Blast Fitness class in Wellington. Come along on Monday and Wednesday nights at 7:30pm for a 20min Abs Blast that will test anyone. You have been warned…
