Join this variety packed 8 week group fitness program with our expert PT Brent Richens which includes new physical challenges from week to week. Progress points will be measured at the start and finish (weeks 1 & 8) of the program. There will be a weekly focus on specific Muscle Groups as well as Strength & Fitness Challenges.

COSTS:

$30 Per Week    (2 x 60min Sessions)

Total Cost $240 (covers all 8 weeks)

TIMES:

Tuesday 6:00am – 7:00am

Thursday 6:00am – 7:00am
