What are your hours and are they staffed?

All our hours are staffed.

• Monday – Thursday: 5:30am – 10:00pm
• Friday: 5:30am to 8:00pm
• Saturday & Sunday: 8:00am – 8:00pm
• Public Holidays: 10:00am – 6:00pm

Can I buy a casual entry?

• A casual visit is $25 and can be purchased at reception. You will have access to all our facilities including steam room, sauna, and classes.

ID is required upon entry.

Can I place my membership on hold if I am going away?

• You can suspend your membership providing us the required two weeks’ notice, which can be submitted by email or by filling out one of our suspension forms at reception. The maximum suspension duration is 3 months per calendar year.

Can underage members join?

• Underage members between the ages of 15 to 17 require a parent or legal guardian to accompany the minor in person upon sign up. Our parental consent form must be filled out in person as well as providing the parent and child Photo IDs.

Do you have FREE parking?

• All members get free 90-minute parking in the complex outside our gym! No pass required and no need to enter your license plate in the parking meter.

Do you offer free trials?

• We offer a one-day free trial. These trials have no time limit so you can attend a class; use the gym equipment and then relax in our steam room and sauna. This can only be done by organizing a time with one of our membership consultants.

Do I need to book in for classes?

• A lot of our classes reach full capacity, so we do encourage members to book to secure a spot. You can do this by creating an account under the ‘member login’ option on our website. This will take you to our timetable where you can select your chosen class. Otherwise, feel free to call our club and one of our receptionists can book you in over the phone.

How do I sign up?

• You can sign up either online or in club.

How to access the Sauna and Steam room?

• Our saunas and steam rooms are in both the male and female changing rooms. You can use these at any time throughout the day and are available on all membership types.

What membership do I need to be on to attend classes?

• You can attend any class on any of our membership types! The only membership with limited class access is our off-peak option.

What happens if I lose my key tag?

• If you lose your key tag, it will cost $15 to replace.

Who do I talk to about joining Exodus?

• If you’re not sure about what membership would suit you best, you can send in an enquiry through our website or come in and speak to us in club. We will put you in touch with one of our knowledgeable membership consultants who will be able to take you for a tour of our facilities and talk you through the different membership options.
