HELPING TO BALANCE YOUR LIFE

One of the hardest things for parents to juggle is a life that involve young children as well as a regular health and fitness routine. However, there is plenty of research around that shows the benefits of working out for people with young children.

Exercise isn’t just about getting the body you want – it’s also about releasing stress and maintaining good mental health. We totally understand that looking after your little ones can be tiring work, and it often feels too hard to get to the gym if you need to hire babysitters or drop them off with your parents all the time. That’s why we’ve got a solution right here at Exodus Gym!

GETTING BACK SOME ‘YOU’ TIME

Don’t worry about the babysitter, bring your little training buddy in with you! Enjoy a couple of hours to work on yourself while we entertain your little ones in our Little Feet child minding service.

We cater for children aged 6 months up to 6 years. This service is run Monday – Thursday between 9am and 11am in the Mind and Body Studio upstairs. Our gym child minding services give you the peace of mind that for a couple of hours each day, you can dedicate some time to your own health and well-being – and you’ll know your little ones are well looked after and having a ball themselves!

EASY TO REGISTER

Donations of $2 per child help provide toys for an exciting environment your little ones can get lost in while you find your peak fitness again.

As we are running Little Feet on a donation basis, we do require that guardians ensure that each child has the following items for each session:

  • Named bag
  • Healthy snack and drink (preferably water)
  • Infant bottle and or/cup
  • A spare set of clothing
  • Disposable Nappies and Wet Wipes

To take advantage of this service, you will need to provide a copy of your child’s Immunisation certificate and fill in a registration form at reception.
