If you’re new to bodybuilding, it can be a daunting task to know where to start. People at different stages of their journey require different workouts, and importantly different nutrition to help them achieve their goals.
At Exodus Gym, we’ve got a team of highly qualified and experienced trainers who can work closely with you. You may have particular muscle groups you want to work on, or you may just want to increase mass all over. Whatever your initial goals, our trainers can help prepare a programme to get you there safely and effectively.
Technique is another extremely important part of bodybuilding, especially as you start increasing your weights. Using heavier weights with poor technique is a recipe for injury, and our trainers will help teach you the right way.
If you’ve been bodybuilding for quite some time, you likely already know what you’re doing and don’t need a trainer. That’s totally cool too. We’ve got premium facilities here at Exodus, including free weights and a variety of machines designed to target your key muscle groups. If you’ve developed your own workout plans, that’s awesome – we’re right behind you!
We’ll provide the bodybuilding equipment and a supportive, friendly environment, and you can do the rest! If you do happen to suffer any unfortunate injuries, or need lighter rehab programs to get you back up to full lifting, the team at Cross Physio and Pilates are on hand to help you out too.
